Perfectly clean, brand-new hotel, I truly enjoyed huge rooms and very nice staff. The restaurant was not very far from the venue. Everything here was great, I will choose the place for future trips.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was impeccable. The location was also great, with a stunning view from my room. But the best part was definitely the staff, especially Shelly, the general manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Had TV, a microwave oven and a fridge in my queen room. It was nice, the bed - comfy.

The hotel was luxurious and exactly what we needed. The property was in a marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. Had brunch in the Chili's, located nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. The cost was US$ 85. The personnel was affable and amicable.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was modern and luxury, had favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was short walk to Norman, OK and amazing restaurants. And it's relatively close to Redrock Canyon Grill, ate there once or twice...

We were blown away by the courtesy and kindness of the general manager, Shelly. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing a phone charger and earplugs when we mentioned we didn't have them. She even upgraded our room when there was an issue with the card. The hotel staff was amazing!

The hotel had a newer look and was situated in a location that was close to where we needed to be. The staff was polite and provided their phone charger and earplugs to guests. Additionally, they upgraded a guest's room and were able to make a rough day better.

The breakfast was unsatisfactory with salty sausages and undercooked food. Additionally, the cleaning staff did not properly clean behind the beds and left empty soda bottles.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The room smelled amazing and was spotless, which is something I really value. The stickers on the doors indicating that the rooms were clean and untouched gave me peace of mind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with a great view from the room that my client thoroughly enjoyed.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was some noise disturbance caused by a barking dog on our floor early in the morning, which affected my sleep.
